Santa Clara Valley Audubon Society (SCVAS) is one of the largest, most active, and respected of the chapters of the National Audubon Society (NAS). By becoming a supporting member of our chapter, you are supporting our local environmental advocacy efforts, environmental education programs for youth and adults, and disadvantaged public school programs in the Bay Area.

Santa Clara Valley Audubon Society is an independent chapter with its own membership, budget, and programs. SCVAS receives only a minimal stipend from National Audubon Society that does not cover our costs, such as The Avocet newsletter.
